		<description>@Sarah -- I agree with you that a lot of the &quot;sewing&quot; arts (quilting, etc.) involve other-thinking. We make many things for gifts. It&#039;s always nice, too, when you can find an activity that truly feels like an escape. We all need an escape!</description>

		<description>I love this post! I think crafting (quilting and sewing for me) is such an amazing way to relax, be surrounded by beautiful things, and create. For me, I think it&#039;s a way I can show love to those in my life....and its a way to sneak away (in a sense) to your own creative world.</description>
